檢 測 流 程

採樣注意事項:

  1. 前一小時內請不要讓寵物進食,不要與別的寵物嬉戲。
  2. 整個採樣過程中需避免棉籤的有效採樣部位接觸到除寵物口腔内的其他物體。
  3. 確保樣本只有一隻猫或狗。
  4. 如發生規範採樣之外的情況可致電本公司或Whatsapp咨詢客服,

採樣流程:

  1. 清潔雙手後,取出棉籤。
  2. 棉籤放置在寵物牙齦外側頂部來回擦 拭20秒進行探樣。
  3. 將棉籤有效採樣部位放置採樣管内。
  4.  獎勵你的寵物做得很好!

郵寄樣本:
將採樣管樣本放進郵信封寄回即可。

Sampling process
採樣流程

After cleaning your hands, slightly peel back swab sleeve. 清潔雙手後,輕輕撕開採集 拭子包装取出棉籤。

Place the cotton swab on top of the outer part of the pet’s gum. Wipe back and forth for 15 seconds for sampling.
棉籤放置在寵物牙齦外側 頂部來回擦拭15秒進行採 樣。

Let swab air dry for at least 10 minutes. Repeat steps for the second swab. Be sure to use both swabs on the same pet.
讓棉籤風乾至少10分鐘。 第2條棉籤重複以上步驟。 請確保將兩個棉籤都用 於同一隻寵物。

Bend the swab until it breaks.insert 2 swabs into tube with tip facing down and close cap.
折斷棉籤。將2條棉籤 插入採集管,尖端朝下 關上。

Mailing the sample
郵寄樣本

Place the sample in the self-addressed envelope and post it.

將樣本放入回郵信封寄回即可。

Important notes
注意事項

  1. Do not feed or let your pet stay with other pets 1 hour before the sampling.
  2. During the entire sampling process, prevent the effective sampling part of the cotton swab from touching objects other than the pet’s mouth.
  3. Make sure 1 specimen is only from 1 pet.
  4. Contact the customer service team if anything other than the standard sampling process occurred.
